Shipping & Return Policy
All qualified orders received by 3:00 pm are processed and shipped on the same day with exceptions for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Local in-store pickups are available on Mondays – Fridays 9:00 am – 6:00 am PST. Orders are usually shipped via Fedex USPS, UPS or Freight. No UPS and Freight services available. Sometimes orders with multiple items will ship separately in order to expedite delivery. HI, AK and Puerto Rico shipping available. Please contact us for exact rate. Promotional Free Shipping is available for a limited time for mainland USA only.
Items purchased from Route2Cables may be exchanged or returned within 15 business days upon receiving. The merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to obtain a valid RMA before returning or exchanging. Credit will be applied within 15 days upon receipt of the returned products. Call Customer Support (703) 909-2855 to obtain an RMA. Once a product is picked up by a either FedEx, UPS or any other shipping carrier we are charged for the label and can’t get our money back from them, so we can’t offer shipping refunds for any orders with address problems, if you ordered the wrong merchandise by mistake, or if the product didn’t meet your requirements. Of course, if the product is defective or we made a mistake (shipping error, incomplete or in-accurate product descriptions, etc.) we will cover the shipping costs.
